Tom Crestodina is the author and illustrator of the Working Boats series and its accompanying board books and coloring books (published by Sasquatch).  As an artist, he draws maritime and fishy art stuff, which he begun doing in 2011 when he first took up the art of cutaway drawing.  An Alaska fisherman by trade, his art is inspired by his young son and has been a way for him to remain connected to his son and family during his months at sea.
