Lisa’s debut picture book, The Dreams We Made, released in 2024 with Paula Wiseman Books, and her next book with Paula Wiseman books, I Am Not Your Hat! came out in 2025. Most recently she has worked as the illustrator for Can-Do Kangaroo, coming Summer 2026 from Award Publications. Lisa’s lifelong passion for reading and drawing began at an early age, and she’s been wielding a pencil ever since. She is also the proud mother of two mini-humans, whom she loves spending time with. When she’s not creating art or new stories, Lisa indulges in tea-sipping and cake-eating, although she absolutely despises pairing socks, fishy fish and slugs that invade her humble abode. She currently resides in Derby UK, where she’s constantly on the lookout for new artistic inspiration and good cake shops.
