Hailey Elliott is an author-illustrator who lives in a small cabin on a wild island off the Washington coast. She has a grown-up degree in writing and fine art, but she still considers dawdling in the bushes to be an integral part of her creative process. When she’s not writing and drawing, you can find Hailey out picking gooseberries, building forts with her son, and searching for four-leaf clovers to add to her collection.
